If you are having trouble sending reports to edline and the error message says something about "This installation of GradeQuick is not authorized to send reports to Edline." Here is what you need to do to correct the problem. In GradeQuick pull the Edline menu down to Edline Setup. Type this code into the box. SAS2W Click ok. Exporting family access codes Click the Admin Button, then Web Based Applications/Family Access. If you go to the option Guardian Permissions/Passwords By Individual, there will be a report button in the upper right corner. Microsoft PowerPoint crashes and gives bomb error when trying to run it. go to Macintosh HD:System Folder:Preferences and delete any/all files that have the name "PowerPoint Temp x". If those files are present, PowerPoint tries to open them upon program startup. There is something wrong with those files that causes PowerPoint to crash and deleting them seems to fix the problem. PowerPoint gives a system error when you try to open it. Disable OnGuard. Navigate to Macintosh HD > System Folder > Preferences. Delete any 'PowerPoint Temp [X]' files, X being a number (usually 0, 1, or 2). Also delete the 'PowerPoint Settings' file.
