The book Wolf Cry is about two kids and their grandpa that comes to stay with  the kids' family. The grandpa tells the kids a story about a boy named Ruff awho ends up getting raised in the jungle. The little boy sees a little bird and jumps out of the wagon. He runs after the bird. The family doesnít know that the boy has left. The family leaves without Ruff. A she wolf finds the boy and raises him. This book is a very good book.

The part of the story I liked best is when Ruff acted just like the other wolves.  He forgets how to act like a human. He doesnít remember what a human looks likes either. He forgot  who his parents are. Also something that I liked was when Ruff held on to the wolf's tail to walk.

I didnít like the part where Ruff gets captured by the villagers and I also donít like how his parents didnít even know that Ruff was gone. I canít believe how bad of parents they are,  I can't believe how no one knew that Ruff was gone.Someone should have nosticed that he was gone. What a family they are.

I recommend this book to anyone because this tells a very good lesson. Donít judge someone by what they look like. You have to get to know them before you say you donít like them. I did that once and I regret that because I found out that the person was really nice.So you should judge  anyone by what they look like.

The lesson that I learned is never judge a book by its cover because they can turn out to be someone really nice. The book affected me by teaching donít run away with out telling someone . The boy must ohave been eally scared I would hve been..
