The Anderson Log House

The Anderson log house was owned by Lars and Gretha Anderson.  Together they had and raised 10 children.They lived in this log, two story house.  It was built in the late 1850s or early 1860s.  It originally was made only 15 miles from Eau Claire.  The construction of the house reflects the owners Scandinavian heritage.  It now located  at the grounds of the Chippewa Valley Museum.
