As the largest, he most luxurious ship ever built, the Titanic was said to be unsinkable. But on April 14, 1912, fate would prove that predition to be tragically false. After striking an iceberg, the passengers were soon ordered to abandon ship. Even that proved impossible since the number of lifeboats would accomodate fewer than half of the people aboard.  Examine the artifacts below to learn more about this example of Nature's Fury.
